DKP Internship Experience Program

On-Site Internships

Our paid internships are full-time, Monday-Friday. You would be working out of our Zionsville, Indiana office–only a few miles outside of Indianapolis. (Housing, insurance, and transportation not provided.)

Marketing & Communications Intern

Are you a creative communicator who loves marketing strategy and tactic execution? If great branding makes you giddy, a clever tagline lights you up, and you have a knack for marketing communications, we’d love to hear from you! This internship will encompass a wide range of marketing communications and will allow you to stretch yourself and gain invaluable experience with hands-on work and team collaboration.

Culture & Employee Experience Intern

Do you light up when people feel seen, celebrated, and supported? Are you the kind of person who believes culture isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the heartbeat of an organization? If you geek out over employee experience, team connection, and creating moments that matter, this might be your perfect summer internship.

Healthcare Analytics Intern
