A total of 125 companies were honored at the Indiana Chamber’s annual event, which was held virtually on August 24 in Indianapolis. Of those, 52 were classified as small companies. The top companies in the state were determined by employer reports that detail cultural environment, work-life balance, and community involvement. This was complemented by comprehensive employee surveys measuring the culture, the company’s commitment to personal and professional development, and the work environment.
