DK Pierce & Associates (DKP) was recently awarded a 3 Star AchieveWELL designation through the Wellness Council of Indiana. The AchieveWELL program was developed by the Wellness Council of Indiana to assist employers in creating a corporate culture that encourages and supports employee health through workplace wellness efforts.
AchieveWELL is divided into three levels: 3 Star, 4 Star and 5 Star. Each level requires a set of standards to be achieved before an organization can qualify. DKP’s designation meets the criteria of establishing a foundational blueprint for a strategic workplace well-being program. “We appreciate achieving this designation, as we have a strong commitment to support our culture by integrating a holistic wellness initiative – not only for health, but also financial, social, and community involvement,” said Denise Pierce, President of DKP. “What makes it so successful is that our employees have developed our program and work as a team to keep colleagues engaged.”
DKP will be recognized at the 2019 Indiana Wellness Summit in Indianapolis, September 17-18, at the JW Marriott.
